Desertmartin GAC is a Club situated at the foot of Slieve Gallion, eastmost of the Sperrin Mountains. The Club is vibrant and we enter football teams at all age groups in Derry, from primary school right up to Senior level, catering for male and female teams. In 2019 we have been officially recognised as a Healthy Club by the GAA, and join a select few clubs in Ireland in a achieving this status.
Our facilities include a sports hall and stage for hosting concerts, two football pitches one of which is floodlit, changing rooms and a community walkway.
Our new Community Services Hub is set to open in December 2019 and aims to tackle the issues of social isolation, physical inactivity, and poor mental health, as well as being a focal point for the community.

Yellow jerseys with green shamrocks on the breast, with green shorts are worn as the clubs colours.
