Circuit training on Tuesday nights @ 8pm sharp for Minor, Senior and over 35's,
Circuit training on Wed nights @ 7.30pm for all U/16 and any ladies in the parish who wish to get fit, come along and work at your own pace.
Club Merchandise for Christmas, this will include Club umbrellas, mouse mats, mugs, coasters and key rings. All available in the Club shop on Monday nights from 9pm on contact Ciaran Higgins on 07968837094.
